The FinPro Conference is an annual gathering of finance professionals in the Local Government of Victoria. In 2022, the Conference took place on 26-28 October under the overarching theme: “IMAGINE”.

The Brief

FinPro approached MemberBoat to help develop the general look and feel of the 2022 Conference as well as assist with the technical set up of the event, including the event landing page, program, and ticket sales.

How MemberBoat Assisted

The MemberBoat team assisted with the overall marketing for the 2022 Conference, including:

  • General conference design
  • Setting up conference web-page
  • Setting up conference registrations within the existing technology structure

Deliverables

MemberBoat developed the conference’s overall design, providing a suite of brand assets to the client, as well as its website page, from design and copywriting to development and launch.

MemberBoat’s support also allowed FinPro to create a registration process for the conference that was easy and straightforward both for the registrants and the team. The conference setup was built using FinPro’s current technology, with no need to buy third-party software which would require transferring the data between systems.
