AMI Member Hub Launch

The AMI Member Hub is a WordPress-integrated Wild Apricot member platform that provides members of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) with a seamless experience by enabling easy access to membership details and member-exclusive content, as well as the ability to perform self-service membership functions.

Our work

The MemberBoat team helped the Australian Marketing Institute launch their Member Hub, Wild Apricot based member platform, in January 2019. Starting from the initial system set up, page design and data migration, we also provided consultations on the better ways of engaging with members, e.g. creating directories for Committee Members and Certified Practising Marketers, creating member-only libraries and special discounts.

The Member Hub allows AMI members to update their member profiles, renew and upgrade their membership, access member only content and be featured in the member directories. Member Hub is seamlessly connected to the AMI WordPress website and some of the features (e.g. membership application form, event registration) are integrated into the site pages.

Results

The member platform helped AMI members streamline the management of their membership and interaction with the Institute through a user-friendly and beautifully-designed platform. It’s an affordable tool for building member engagement and processing membership transactions, which has in turn improved the overall member experience and streamlined the internal membership administration process.

Ongoing support

While launching the website is a crucial part of the project, it is the continued engagement and support that ultimately makes a real difference. We support the AMI team with ongoing membership data check-ups, content creation and member engagement activities.
