The Brief

FDCQ underwent a rebranding and membership model change to stay relevant in the market. However, they needed a clear marketing strategy and communication plan to support this transition, communicate the change to their members effectively, and maintain member engagement over time.

To ensure the marketing strategy’s success, we analysed FDCQ’s member journey and developed a structured content plan to address their concerns and pain points. We also designed marketing automation messages to provide members with relevant and timely information throughout their membership.
