In their ongoing effort to improve member services and engagement, the Master Plumbers NZ team came to an important realisation – they needed to optimise their workflow as too many repetitive and manual tasks were holding them back. They also wanted to optimise and upgrade their AMS to ensure they were using it to its full potential.
