Content is at the heart of effective member engagement. For most associations creating and curating content is at the centre of everything they do. From educational resources and industry reports to blog and social media posts, the content you provide is essential for building a strong and vibrant community.
Join this interactive workshop to learn the tools and techniques you need to develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with your association’s strategy and resonates with your members. Through interactive activities and group discussions, you’ll discover the role of content planning and how to create, distribute and manage relevant and personalised content that attracts, converts and engages your members.
During the workshop, you’ll learn how to identify your target audience’s needs and interests, develop a content calendar, choose the best channels and create compelling content that drives engagement.
During this workshop we will:
- Understand how content facilitates a connection with members online and map an effective content to the member life cycle to achieve results
- Explore content publication tools, technologies and planning techniques
- Learn how to optimise content for maximum through repurposing and recycling
- Impact and measure its effectiveness
- How to engage members in a conversation through stories
